Privacy notice

Last updated 3 November 2026. Draft for review.

Who we are

Vernon Lacey trading as Aether Energy & Art, Essex, UK. Questions about your data can be sent through the contact page.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. Forms do not send anything to us directly: they open your own email app with a message for you to review and send.

Videos

Videos are embedded with YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and, if you commission a piece, to make and deliver it. We keep it no longer than we need to, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your data and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
